Bay Leaf Skin-Care Recipe (Gentle Herbal Infusion)

Why Bay Leaves?
Bay leaves (laurel leaves) have been traditionally used in home skin care because they are:

They are often used in toners or rinses for areas like the neck, jawline, and face.
🌿 Bay Leaf Neck & Face Toner
Ingredients
- 5–7 dried bay leaves
- 2 cups water
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon rose water
- (Optional) a few drops of aloe vera gel
Instructions
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- Add the bay leaves, reduce heat, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
- Strain the liquid and pour it into a clean glass bottle.
- Add rose water or aloe vera if desired.
How to Use
- Apply with a cotton pad to the neck and face
- Use once daily, preferably in the evening
- Do not rinse;
